Services
Services are agreed in advance in writing, either as ongoing support, a set number of hours or a defined project. Any change in scope will be discussed and confirmed before additional work begins.
Quotes and payment
Rates are provided as a tailored quote once we have connected via email. Invoices are issued as agreed for each arrangement and are payable within the terms stated on the invoice.
Confidentiality
All client information, documents and communications are treated as strictly confidential and are never shared with third parties without permission.
Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide the access, materials and information needed to complete agreed work, and to respond to queries within a reasonable timeframe.
Cancellation
Either party may end an ongoing arrangement with reasonable written notice. Work already completed remains payable.

SEO support follows recognised best practice to improve website structure, content and visibility. Specific search engine rankings cannot be guaranteed.
