I'm Maisie, a virtual assistant, personal assistant and creative digital professional based in Portugal, supporting clients in the UK, Spain and UAE.

My professional background began in the legal sector, where accuracy, confidentiality, organisation and excellent communication were essential. Working in a busy professional environment taught me how to manage changing priorities, produce high-quality documents, meet important deadlines and confidently support different people and teams.

I later moved into a varied private PA and business support role, assisting senior management while helping to coordinate a wider team. My responsibilities have ranged from diary management, travel bookings, client communication and financial administration to website development, graphic design, SEO and social media.

That combination of experience inspired The Digital VA Studio: a service for businesses that need capable administrative support without having to source a separate person for every creative or digital task.

I'm hardworking, dependable and naturally detail-focused. I care about doing things properly, communicating clearly and making life easier for the people I support.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my daughters and family, as well as fashion, design and all things creative.
